Software QA Analyst
Compensation: $57-62k per year
Job Type: Full Time
Posting Date: September 23, 2026
Location: Remote/Work from home in Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, or Kentucky (Basically within reasonable driving distance of Nashville and Chattanooga, Tennessee)

What you'll do
As our Software QA Analyst, you’ll help safeguard the quality of the CampLife platform by making sure new features, enhancements, and fixes work the way they should before they reach our customers. You’ll design and execute test plans, explore edge cases, reproduce and document defects, and partner closely with our Software Development and Product teams to help us deliver reliable, high-quality releases.
In addition to your primary focus on QA, you’ll also become a go-to resource for the rules and reports that help our customers run their campgrounds. You’ll create and troubleshoot rules for things like rates, discounts, promotions, and site availability, build and validate reports, and work with our Customer Success and Software Development teams to solve complex issues and make sure the information our customers rely on is accurate.
Along the way, you’ll look for patterns and opportunities to make things better. You’ll help turn recurring issues into actionable feedback, recommend improvements to our testing processes, rules, reports, and systems, and help move appropriate rules into the hands of customers so they can manage more on their own.
And because good systems are only useful when people know how to use them, you’ll create clear documentation and help educate customers and fellow CampLifers through articles, videos, and training.
