  • Message content: SMS/text content you send to us and messages we send to you.

Purposes for Use

We use mobile information to:

We may share mobile information with service providers who assist with messaging, call handling, analytics, payment processing, and fraud prevention, under confidentiality agreements.

We integrate directly with Twilio to send and receive SMS and to manage delivery and status information. Twilio acts as our service provider and processes your mobile information on our behalf in accordance with their privacy and security practices.

We will not sell your phone number. We may disclose information to comply with legal process or to protect rights and safety.

Data Security and Retention

  1. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect mobile information.
  2. We retain mobile communications and related data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Retention periods vary by data type; contact us for specifics.

International Transfers

If data is transferred outside your country (including transfers to Twilio or other providers), we will protect it in accordance with applicable law and this policy.

Children
